If you see an error message when you're creating a new user, please check the possible causes below:
The email is not valid:
Ensure that the user’s email address is accurate and active.
The email address is already in use in your Access Collins admin:
If you've added an email address but not attached it to a site, depending on your user access, it may not show in the user list.
The user is part of an old organisation, and he was not removed.
Ask a user with full access to all organisations and all booking manager permissions to log in to their user list and search for the email address.
They need to add the relevant site access and permissions.
📌Note: If you're the key user with all organisation permissions and still can't see the user, reach out to us. Please also include the email address of the user you're trying to create.
