Forward payment received emails when a customer makes a payment

Receive an email when a guest makes a payment.

To receive a copy of the payment received email when your customer makes a payment, follow these steps:

  1. Click Settings, Sites, and select your site.​​

  2. Click on Payments on the left-hand side menu.

  3. Add in the email address you wish payment notifications to be sent to under Payment notifications.

  4. Click Save.

You can add multiple email addresses in this field.

📌Note: Please be aware that this feature will only forward payment received emails to the specified email address, and this does not include the booking confirmation email.
