To receive a copy of the payment received email when your customer makes a payment, follow these steps:
Click Settings, Sites, and select your site.
Click on Payments on the left-hand side menu.
Add in the email address you wish payment notifications to be sent to under Payment notifications.
Click Save.
You can add multiple email addresses in this field.
📌Note: Please be aware that this feature will only forward payment received emails to the specified email address, and this does not include the booking confirmation email.
