Customise the enquiry received email message

Add text to the enquiry received email message.

The enquiry received email message defaults to: Thank you for your booking enquiry. We will be in touch shortly. Please note this booking is not yet confirmed.

If you want to add to this message, you have to:

  1. Click Settings, Sites, and select your site.

  2. Click Booking Types and select the relevant booking type.

  3. Scroll down to the Emails section and enter your message in the Enquiry received email message text box.

  4. Click Save.

📌Note: If you have already set up in an existing booking type, you can also use the COPY FROM TYPE option to quickly copy text to another booking type.
