There is a designated commission for a booking, especially if sent from an agency or third-party source.
The commission box can be found in the Additional Details section under Booking details and can be set as either a value or a percentage, based on the chosen dropdown.
⚠️Important: The amount inputted is the total amount of commission for that booking, not per head.
To get a report on what bookings have commission stats against them:
Click Enquiries.
Click Add filter and select the filters that you need.
Click Download.
Select additional data if needed.
Click Download or Email.
In column AM of the report you will see the how much the commission has been recorded as, and In column AN will be what it was recorded as, either percentage or a monetary value.
📌Note: if you are taking bookings on Designmynight.com, this will not apply to these types of bookings. Please speak to your account manager regarding the commission applied and how they are calculated.
