View no-show bookings

Pull a report of bookings that didn't show up.

To download a list of your no-show bookings within a particular time frame, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Enquiries.

  2. Click Add Filter and select Date.

  3. Enter a from and to date range, then click Apply.

  4. Click Add Filter and select Status.

  5. Select Confirmed, then click Apply.

  6. From the Assigned to list, select Assigned to anyone.

  7. Click Download.

In your downloaded Excel document, column T shows Actual Guests. If the booking was a no-show, the number in this column is zero.
