Kobas payment has not pushed to the till

If a Kobas payment hasn’t pushed to the till, ensure the booking details are complete.

If you're using Kobas and you have a payment for one of your bookings that has not been pushed to the till, please check that all of the details for the booking have been entered, including:

  • First name.

  • Last name.

  • Email address.

  • Phone number: Please make sure this is a valid phone number.

If the payment has been fully refunded, the payment is classed as closed and Kobas will not allow any subsequent payments to be added and so they will not push to the till.

📌Note: If all the details are entered and correct but the booking is still not pushing to the till, please contact us and provide the DMN references for any bookings where the payment is not pushing to the till.
