Runsheet
The run sheet shows all the bookings that you have for today in time order.
If you log in through Access Workspace, you can find the run sheet on the left-hand side of the screen. Alternatively, log in to Access Collins then, from the top bar, click run sheets.
The run sheet shows the:
Time of the booking.
Customer's name.
Number of guests.
Name of the booking type.
Table or area where the customer is situated.
Booking notes.
Option to check a booking in.
Option to mark the booking as a no-show.
After you've checked the guests in, the booking appears at the bottom of the page in green. If you've marked the booking as a no-show, it appears in black.
Download sheets
📌Note: You can print this in advance at any time before the booking, but only for a specific day. This allows you to provide the kitchen with an overview of what has been ordered, whether it's a week, five days, or one day ahead.
To download the run sheet, at the top of the page, click Download/Print. You can also download the following:
Short run sheet.
Guest list PDF.
Guest list spreadsheet.
Place cards.
Reservation labels.
Reservation labels doc.
If you have bookings or enquiries with pre-orders, you can download or print a kitchen sheet to get an overview of all items pre-ordered per booking and a total overview of items ordered for the whole day.
