What's new

Prevent conflicting changes

When you have site settings open and are in the process of making updates, you'll now receive an alert if another Access Collins user has made changes in the meantime.

This notification will clearly state:

Site settings were updated x minutes ago by user name. Continuing may cause previous changes to be lost.

This message will be displayed alongside the options to save anyway or cancel.

This feature enables you to manage any differences before proceeding with your own updates. By providing this information, we aim to help prevent accidental overwriting of each other's work, ensuring that your organisation's site settings remain accurate and up-to-date.

As always, we welcome your questions and feedback regarding this update.
Your input is invaluable as we continue to improve our services and features.

Thank you for your continued support!
