We've updated the Customised Run Sheet Download options to allow you to view Custom Field comments and answers directly in their reports. When a Custom Field is created, whether in the old or the new Custom Fields section, you'll now see the option to include Custom Field in the Custom Run Sheet options. This functionality enables a more comprehensive access of this data for your use.

The updates to the Excel download feature will enable you to include responses from Custom Fields when they have been answered by your customers. The Excel file will display these Custom Fields in new columns, with headers corresponding to each Custom Field title and the relevant responses listed below. For multi-choice Custom Fields, only the selected options will be shown, omitting any unselected choices for clarity.

For our customers who prefer PDF downloads, the new functionality allows for the display of Custom Field responses when populated. Custom Field responses are consolidated into a single column. Additionally, unpopulated fields will not be displayed, ensuring that only relevant data is included in the download.

These enhancements aim to streamline your team's Access Collins experience by managing customer bookings and insights directly in the downloads.
