Booking Modification and Cancellation via SMS Link

The booking details page, accessed through the SMS confirmation link, now includes options for customers to modify or cancel their bookings. These options appear automatically when bookings meet the venue's configured eligibility rules, such as sufficient advance notice and booking type permissions. When modifications or cancellations aren't available, customers see a clear explanation and alternative contact information.

User Benefit: Customers can manage their bookings independently without calling the venue, improving convenience whilst respecting venue policies and reducing administrative enquiries for your team.
