Access Evo Feed Notifications for Booking Mentions (Collins Evo Only)
Collins Evo users with usernames can now receive Access Evo Feed notifications when @ mentioned in booking internal notes. When a team member adds a note containing an @ mention, the mentioned user receives a notification including the booking reference, who mentioned them, and the note context. Users can click "View Booking" to navigate directly to the specific booking with the relevant note highlighted.
The notification system includes user preferences, allowing team members to control whether they receive these notifications through "Evo Feed Subscriptions" in User Preferences, giving users full control over their notification experience.
User Benefit: Faster response times to customer requests and team communications, with notifications delivered directly through the Access Evo Feed alongside other important updates from across the Access platform.
