This release brings a significant update to how Collins Evo customers manage enquiries, with the redesigned Enquiries view now live in Collins 2.0 and available on the Collins App for iPad.

Enquiries - Collins 2.0 and Collins iPad App (Collins Evo Only)

The Enquiries view has been fully rebuilt as part of Collins 2.0, delivering a modern, more intuitive experience for managing incoming bookings and enquiries. For the first time, the full Enquiries experience is also available natively on the Collins App for iPad.

What's New?

A modernised Enquiries view in Collins 2.0

The Enquiries view has been redesigned with a cleaner, card-based layout that brings more of your enquiry management into one place, reducing the need to navigate into individual bookings to take action.

  • Status changes directly from the list - For any enquiry, you can now change its status โ€” Mark in progress, Confirm, Cancel, or Delete โ€” directly from the list by clicking the status icon, without opening the booking. New enquiries continue to show a Take button, now displayed as a distinctive blue icon with a hand symbol

  • Assign to - Assign any enquiry to a team member directly from the three-dot menu on each row, without needing to open the booking first

The redesigned view also brings a refreshed interface for existing filtering and sorting capabilities, all accessible from the sidebar without leaving the Enquiries screen:

  • Status filters with live counts - Filter by New, In Progress, Confirmed, Cancelled, Lost, or Deleted, with live counts shown alongside each status

  • Date range filtering - Narrow your view using From and To date pickers

  • Assigned to filtering - Filter by one or more team members, with your own name surfaced at the top

  • Notification Centre - Filter by notification type, including Follow up required, Customer waiting 2 hrs, New messages, Payment received, Booking changed, and more

  • Sorting - Sort by date, customer name, or party size

Enquiries on the Collins iPad App

Collins Evo customers can now access the redesigned Enquiries view directly from the Collins App on iPad, making it easy for front-of-house and reservations teams to manage incoming enquiries on the go.

To get started, download the Collins App from the Apple App Store and log in with your Collins credentials.
