For each booking type, you can specify the number of days in advance that bookings or enquiries must close.
For instance, if you require at least seven days notice for a Cocktail Masterclass or Private Hire, this setting ensures that enquiries cannot be made the day before.
⚠️Important: In order to configure your latest advanced booking rules, your user needs to be able to manage booking rules.
This can be set up by going to:
Click Settings, Sites and select the site.
Click Booking Types and select the booking type.
Scroll down to Latest advance booking field and enter the number of days notice you need before a booking or enquiry of this type can be made.
Click Save.
