Not able to take same-day bookings

Same-day bookings troubleshoot.

If you are unable to take same-day bookings please check the latest advance booking setting in the booking type and also the same day bookings and latest booking settings in unavailable dates.

Latest advanced bookings from booking types


To check the latest advance booking setting:

  1. Click Settings, Sites and choose the site.

  2. Click booking types and then go into the booking type you want to check.

  3. Check the latest advance booking setting to see how many days in advance the booking needs to be made.

  4. Click Save.


Latest advanced bookings from the unavailable dates

To check the same-day bookings and latest booking settings:

  1. Click Settings, Sites and choose the site.

  2. Click Unavailable dates.

  3. Check whether No same-day bookings is checked.

  4. Check latest booking to see how far in advance a booking needs to be made.

  5. Click Save.
