A handy tool for your waiter or waitresses to use, Access Collins waiter slips allow your staff to quickly print off the necessary booking information in a small format, as they are seating your customers.

By simply clicking Print in one of the three areas in Access Collins, a printout of the most up-to-date information will appear, allowing your staff to act on it while escorting the customer to their table.

You can print waiter slips from 3 sections in Collins:

  • Within an enquiry, click Print and it will give you the option of downloading a function sheet or printing a waiter slip.

  • In the Diary or Floorplan, click on the customer's name within the check-in list, and Access Collins will show an expander panel and from there you can also print the waiter slip.

  • In the online Run Sheet, click the eye icon next to the customer and a pop-up will appear where you have the option to print the function sheet or waiter slip.

The waiter slip displays:

  • DMN reference number.

  • Customer's Name.

  • Booking For if added.

  • Customer labels.

  • Number of guests.

  • Time of booking.

  • Booking labels.

  • Area/Table seated in.

  • Run Sheet Notes

  • Deposits/Payments made

📌Note: If you are using A4 paper to print these off, they will take up only about 1/8 of the page. Ideally, you will need an EPOS printer to print these off onto a receipt slip of paper.
