Re-open completed orders

Learn how to resend or re-open a menu if a customer is unable to access it.

Once the lead booker collects all the orders and marks them as Complete, the pre-order links will be closed meaning customers will not be able to make another order.

If a customer wants to add another order, you can reopen the links for them:

  1. Locate the booking.

  2. Click Pre-orders.

  3. Scroll down to Customer Pre-orders and uncheck the box under Customer Marked as Complete.

  4. Click Save.

📌Note: Once Saved, the customer will be able to access the links in the original email or you can use the Send Pre-orders Emails button to send a new email to the lead booker.
