Unfortunately, it's not possible to remove the until time provided in the booking email as Access Collins was designed to provide the customer with as much information as possible, so it will show the customer both the start and end times.
Currently, we cannot configure Access Collins to display only the start time in the customer's email confirmation.
Remove Until time from customer emails
Make customers see only the start time in the booking confirmation email.
