Payments made, but bookings are not showing in Access Collins

Guests have made payments, but they're not visible in the system.

If your guests have made payments but you cannot see the booking in Access Collins, reach out to us and provide as much information as possible.

Please include the following details:

  • Name and email of your guest.

  • Site for the bookings.

  • Date of the booking.

  • When the payment was made.

  • If you know the booking reference, please add it in.
