Collins Call text link not working

The text link sent to customers for more information is not working.

If you are using the Collins Call bolt-on, a text message is sent to the customer for any non-clean bookings to their mobile number with a link to complete the booking information.

If the link is not working, reach out to us so we can investigate further.

Please include as much information as possible:

  • The name of the site.

  • The Collins call number.

  • The link.

  • Screenshots.

  • Booking reference example.
