If your customer reports that they are not able to make a payment, details of a failed payment can be found on Stripe.
If you are using your own Stripe Account, you will need to log in and check on there.
If you are using our Stripe account, reach out to us, and the team will be able to check the details of the payment for you. Same for any other payment issues.
Make sure to include the DMN reference for the failed payment.
