Auto double confirm text hasn't cancelled the booking in Collins

The customer replied NO to the text message that was sent out but the booking in Collins was not cancelled.

If a customer has replied NO to the auto double confirm text message but the booking has not been cancelled in Access Collins, here's what you can do:

  • Include the DMN references for any bookings where this has happened.
