If the auto‑confirm rules aren’t met, you can still accept enquiries manually, giving you full control to approve or reject them as needed.

If a booking cannot be auto-confirmed, as you have no space, you can set Access Collins up to still take this as an enquiry.
Click Settings, click Sites and select the site.
Click Booking Type and select the relevant booking type.
Scroll down to Auto-confirmed Rules.
Select Still take enquiries for bookings if no available areas found.
Click Save.
When a customer tries to make a booking at a time you are appearing as a full, Access Collins will:
Suggest alternative times within a three hour period of their original booking time if you have space.
Notify them that you are appearing as full at this time, but offer to still proceed with their booking as an enquiry.
