Automatically mark bookings as left when it's finished

You can automate Access Collins finished bookings as left on the diary or floorplan.

When working in live service, you can use the check-in panel to manually mark when bookings have arrived, ordered, paid, and eventually left.

Once a booking is marked as left, this is then moved out of the bookings list and into the finished bookings list.

To enable this feature on your diary, floor plan and run sheet:

📌Note: You will still be able to check bookings out early manually or adjust their duration should any bookings run over time.

  1. Click Settings, then Sites.

  2. Click Diary settings.

  3. Tick Enable box next to Automated left stage.

  4. Click Save.

Once this is enabled, Access Collins will automatically check your bookings out once their booking time has lapsed.
