Go To Diary

To see the grid view in the diary for the date of the booking, click Go To Diary.

Note: The booking must have a date for this option to appear.

DMN number

The DMN number is a unique code for each individual enquiry or booking.

You can view this number in the top left of a booking, by the status. This number also displays on the run sheets and in every customer email. You can also search for the booking using the DMN number.

Received date

The date stamp is the time you first entered the booking into the system. You can view this under the DMN number in the left panel.

This shows who initially created the enquiry.

Note: This only appears for bookings you've manually added.

Assigned to

Once you've clicked Take, the enquiry is assigned to you and your username appears in the Assigned to box.

To change the assigned user, click the Assigned to list and select a user, then click Save.

Note: Once you've re-assigned it to the new user, the booking no longer appears in your account.

To track who's made changes in a general account, when you log in, enter your initials.

You can view this data in the Booking History tab.
