New/open enquiries and unassigned rows

See where do enquiries or bookings that aren't assigned to a table yet appear in the Diary.

In your daily diary, two rows are lying at the top of the grid:

  • New/open enquiries.

  • Unassigned.

New/Open Enquiries

Any bookings highlighted in red for take or amber for in progress for that day will lie in this row to flag up that these enquiries are not yet confirmed.


Unassigned

Any confirmed bookings which have not yet been assigned to a table/area will appear here.

If you notice any Unassigned bookings lying in this row, you can drag and drop the booking into a relevant table listed in your Diary to assign the booking to a tables.

📌Note: If you can't use the unassigned bookings section for your site, then check your diary settings from the site settings, as it will be ticked to make it compulsory to assign confirmed bookings.
