You can create payment request messages to go out when you send a payment request or authentication request to a customer.
You could include your cancellation policy or terms and conditions in the email request. These add to the existing templates that you've set up.
Create a payment request message
Important: To have access to the Organisation settings, you need to be able to manage booking rules and have access to all sites.
To create payment request messages for all sites in your organisation, follow the steps below:
Click Settings, then click Organisation.
Click Payments.
Under Payment Request Messages, click Add Another.
Enter a name and your message.
Click Save.
Set sites to use payment request messages
To enable payment request messages for your sites, follow these steps:
Click Settings, Sites, then select the site.
Click Payments.
Select Use payment request messages from the organisation.
Click Save.
