Make it mandatory to assign tables to all bookings & enquiries

Make sure that all confirmed bookings have been allocated to a table.

To make it mandatory to assign tables to all bookings & enquiries:

  1. Click Settings, Sites and choose your site.

  2. Click on Diary Settings in the left-hand menu.

  3. Under Table Assignment check Make it mandatory to assign a table(s) to all bookings and enquiries added within the Diary, Floor plan and Run Sheet pages.

  4. Click Save.

Once enabled, every time a user adds a new booking or enquiry within the Diary, Floor plan or Run Sheet, using the walk-in or add booking button, they must use the find areas tool to search for and assign an available table to the booking or enquiry.

Should they miss this step, they’ll find the enquire or complete buttons will be shaded out until they select a table within the Assign to Areas section.

📌Note: If enabled, this will affect all users regardless of their permission level.
