This article shows you how to view and download a report of all the changes your users have made in Access Collins, giving you full visibility and control over updates across your system.

To see the Organisation settings your user needs to be able to manage booking rules and have access to all the sites.

If you would like to see where changes have been made to your site settings, you can download the change log.
To download the change log:
Click Settings, then click Organisation.
Click on Change log from the left-hand menu.
Enter the from and to dates for changes.
Click Download.
The report will show all changes made to settings and rules in your organisation for the dates that you have entered.

To view which user closed down bookings or made changes to the settings in Access Collins, reach out to us so we can further investigate. Please mention the site name and the approximate date.
šNote: If the report shows that you made a change but youāre sure you didnāt, we recommend you change your password as someone may have been logged in as you. Thereās no other way to track who made the change.
