⚠️Important: To see the Organisation settings your user needs to be able to manage booking rules and have access to all the sites.
If you would like to see where changes have been made to your site settings, you can download the change log.
To download the change log:
Click Settings, then Organisation.
Click on Changed rules notifications from the left-hand menu.
Under the change log enter the from and to dates for changes.
Click Download.
The report will show all changes made to settings and rules in your organisation for the dates that you have entered.
To view which user closed down bookings or made changes to the settings in Access Collins, reach out to us so we can further investigate. Please mention the site name and the approximate date.
📌Note: If you notice that your user made changes and you are sure that it wasn't you, we recommend you change your password; we won't be able to track their IP.
