If your enquiries are not showing when the notification centre has a record, please follow the steps below to view all your notifications so you can clear them:
Click Enquiries.
Select the notification filter that needs to be cleared.
Click Add filter and select the Status filter.
Click Select all and click on Apply.
This will now show all notifications. Click Clear notifications.
This will clear your notifications; however, if you still encounter any issues, reach out to us.
📌Note: If an enquiry is not assigned to a user, then you will not be able to clear the notifications on that enquiry.
