Linked bookings payments
This section explains how payments work for linked bookings. It covers what guests see in their confirmation email, how payments appear in individual bookings, and where to view the full payment breakdown under the linked bookings tab.
When a customer makes a linked booking they will pay for all of the bookings together. The confirmation email that has been sent to the guest will show the total amount paid by the guest for all of the bookings that are part of the linked booking.
The payments tab in each booking will only show the payment for that individual booking.
To see all the payments for the linked booking click on the linked bookings tab and in here you will see all linked payments. The total amount under linked payments should be the same as the amount that shows for the guest in their confirmation email.
