We're pleased to confirm that the rollout of the redesigned Secure Your Booking page is now complete for all Collins Pay customers.

Guests who are required to complete a payment after finishing their booking will now see a completely redesigned Secure Your Booking page. The page has been rebuilt from the ground up with a mobile-first, cleaner interface, making it easier for guests to complete their payment and secure their reservation.

When a payment is required post-booking, guests receive a secure payment link via email. Clicking the link takes them to the new page, where they can pay by card, including Google Pay and Apple Pay, on both mobile and desktop.

​User Benefit: This is the first step in a wider rebuild of the Collins booking journey, designed to modernise the experience incrementally. Guests enjoy a faster, cleaner journey optimised for mobile devices.

This update is available to all customers on the latest version of Collins Pay and has been automatically applied - no action is required. If you are yet to migrate to Collins Pay, the redesigned Secure Your Booking page is another great value add to look forward to upon migration. Please speak to your account manager to find out more.
