Add and edit zones

Add and edit zones on the Tables/Areas section so you can assign tables.

⚠️Important: To create and manage zones you need to have the user permission to manage booking rules, otherwise you will not see Settings in the main menu.

If you have various zones in your venue like Restaurant, Bar, VIP Area, you can create these as zones in Access Collins and assign your Tables/Areas to the relevant zone.

To create zones:

  1. Click Settings, Sites and select the site.

  2. Click Tables/Areas.

  3. Scroll down to Zones and click Add another.

  4. Add in your zone names one by one.

  5. Click Save.

You will see a zones column now appear next to the Area name column so you can select which tables/areas belong to which zones.

🤓Tip: It's useful to give your tables/areas a zone as you'll then be able to assign larger enquiries and bookings to a whole zone quickly and easily within Access Collins.
