Enable email notifications for rule updates or changes

Get notified when a staff member makes changes to the system.

To enable notifications when certain rules are updated if changes are made in your admin for the entire organisation or for specific sites follow the bellow steps:

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Organisation or site.

  3. Click Changed Rules Notification.

    • If you are doing by site, select Override Venue Group Settings.

  4. You can add the email address you’d like to receive emails too and multiple email addresses by entering a space after the address.

  5. Select the notifications you would like to receive from the below options:

    • CLOSE BOOKINGS: emailed when bookings are closed from the dashboard, or from the Close Bookings section on the venue settings page.

    • OPENING HOURS: emailed when the opening hours are changed, also when an override date is added, removed or modified.

    • CLOSED AREAS: emailed when close area rules are added, removed or modified.

    • BOOKING TYPE OVERRIDE DATES: emailed when an override date is added, removed or modified for any booking type.

  6. Click Save.
