Set up no-show and cancellation labels

Configure booking labels for cancelled bookings and no-shows.

Set up cancellation labels

You can set up cancellation labels at the organisation level or the site level by following the steps below:

📌Note: To capture the reason for the cancellation, you can set up more than one cancelled label and give them detailed names like: Ill on the day, didn't pay a deposit, phoned to cancel on the day, etc.


Organisation level

  1. Click Settings, then click Organisation.

  2. Click Labels.

  3. Under Booking Labels, click Add Another.

  4. Name your new label and select a colour.

  5. From the Booking status list, select Cancelled.

  6. Click Save.


Site level

  1. Click Settings, then click Sites and select a site.

  2. Click Labels & colours.

  3. Under Booking Labels, select Use custom labels.

  4. Click Add Another, name your new label and select a colour.

    • To use labels you've set up at the organisation level, click Copy from Organisation and select the label.

  5. From the Booking status list, select Cancelled.

  6. Click Save.


Set up no-show labels

You can set up labels for no-show bookings at the organisation level or the site level by following the steps below:

📌Note: To capture the reason for the no-show, you can set up more than one no-show label and give them detailed names like: Forgot reservation, illness, etc.


Organisation level

  1. Click Settings, then click Organisation.

  2. Click Labels.

  3. Under Customer Labels, click Add Another.

  4. Name your new label and select a colour.

  5. Select No show.

  6. Click Save.


Site level

  1. Click Settings, then click Sites and select a site.

  2. Click Labels & colours.

  3. Under Customer Labels, select Use custom labels.

  4. Click Add Another, name your new label and select a colour.

    • To use labels you've set up at the organisation level, click Copy from Organisation and select the label.

  5. Select No show.

  6. Click Save.
