Why it's beneficial to use booking labels

Booking labels show the status of the booking, for example, whether it's still in progress, awaiting a response from the customer, and even if you are waiting for a pre-order. You can customise your own labels to suit your business requirements. You can also add labels to bookings which cancelled or the enquiry didn't lead to a booking as well as no-show labels.

Booking labels assist end users with organisation, and it improves communication between staff. You can search or filter for bookings using labels. If you use labels effectively, they become an important part of reporting. You can track how many lost bookings, no-shows or how many enquiries have successfully converted with good use of labels.

What you can do to improve your conversion rates

  • Introduce Booking Action labels to track and trace every step of the enquiry journey, so every staff member can keep track of progress and any actions that need to be taken for a clear overview of the processes.

  • Use No-show and Cancellation labels to get to know your customers' behaviours and drive business decisions.
