Booking action labels are important if you want to track the stages of your enquiries and bookings.
Set up labels at the organisation level
If you have multiple sites and want the same labels for each one, you can add booking labels at the organisation level by following the steps below:
Click Settings, then click Organisation.
Click Labels.
Click Add Another and enter or edit the details.
To use pre-made labels, click ADD EXAMPLE LABELS.
Click Save.
Set up labels at the site level
To set up labels at the site level, follow the steps below:
Click Settings, Sites, and select the site.
Click Labels & colours.
If you haven't set up labels at the organisation level, select Use custom labels.
Click Add Another and enter or edit the details.
To use pre-made labels, click ADD EXAMPLE LABELS.
Click Save.
Copy an existing label
If you've already added labels to your organisation settings, you can copy them to specific sites by following the steps below:
Click Settings, Sites and select the site.
Click Labels & colours.
From Booking Labels or Customer Labels, select Use custom labels.
Depending on the type of label you want to copy.
Click Copy from Organisation.
From the drop-down list, select which items to copy to this site.
Click Save.
