Access Collins: Enable or disable follow-up emails

Configuring automated follow-up emails, including scheduling options to send them a set time after a booking, such as the next day.

Enable follow-up emails

Follow-up emails are defaulted to automatically sent to the customer two days after the confirmed booking's date has taken place, but if you want it to go out the day after the booking, you can set this up:

  1. Click Settings, Sites, and select the site.

  2. Click Emails & Texts.

  3. Scroll down to Follow-up Emails.

  4. Check the box to enable next-day follow-ups.

  5. Click Save.


Disable follow-up emails

To disable the follow-up email for a particular booking, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Diary, then select the booking.

  2. Click Edit Booking.

  3. Click Messages.

  4. Select Don't send follow-up email.

  5. Click Save.

📌Note: Follow-up emails are automatically disabled for no-show bookings, and can be manually turned off within 24 hours after any booking.

To disable all follow-up emails for everyone:

  1. Click Settings, Sites, and select the site.

  2. Click Emails & Texts.

  3. Scroll down to Follow-up Emails.

  4. Uncheck the box to enable next-day follow-ups.

  5. Click Save.
