Set up automatic follow-up emails

To send automatic follow-up emails to your completed bookings, follow the steps below:

📌Note: By default, the follow-up email is sent two days after the booking is completed.

  1. Click Settings.

  2. Click Sites and select the site.

  3. Click Emails & Texts.

  4. Select Send booking follow-up emails.

    • To set the email to go out one day after the booking, click Next-day follow-ups.

  5. Enter any additional email text.

    • By default, the follow-up email already asks the customer how their night was.

  6. Click Save.

Include URLs

You can direct customers to your review page by including the URL link to your follow-up emails. To include a URL, follow the steps below:

  1. Highlight the text you want as a link.

  2. Select the hash # icon.

  3. Enter the URL, then click the tick image.png icon.

  4. Click Save.

Include hyperlinks

  1. Highlight the text you want as a link.

  2. Click the hyperlink image.png icon.

  3. Enter the link and select if you want it to open in a new window.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Click Save.


Disable follow-up emails

📌Note: You have 24 hours after a booking's taken place to disable the follow-up email. Follow-up emails are automatically disabled for no-show bookings.

To disable the follow-up email for a particular booking, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Diary, then select the booking.

  2. Click Edit Booking.

  3. Click Messages.

  4. Select Don't send follow-up email.

  5. Click Save.
