Set up automatic reminder emails
To send automatic reminder emails to your completed bookings the day before they're due to come in, follow the steps below:
📌Note: For a booking reminder email to be sent, the booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance of the booking, so that the reminder can go 1 day before the booking takes place.
Click Settings, then click Sites and select the site.
Click Emails & Texts.
Select Send booking reminder emails.
Enter any additional email text.
By default, the reminder email already contains the customer's booking details.
Click Save.
