If you have a customer who wants to make multiple bookings or a repeat booking or event, for example, a meeting every Monday morning or a Quiz Table on a Wednesday, you can add a series of bookings in Access Collins.
To repeat a booking:
Find a booking.
Click COPY in the top-right corner of the booking.
Click REPEATING.
đNote: After selecting how often youâd like the booking to repeat, if youâve chosen Weeks or Months, you then have the option of when youâd like it to repeat.
You can then select when youâd like the repeated booking to end, either by date or after a number of bookings.Click Next.
By default, this will copy over:
Customer Name.
Email address & phone.
Site.
Type of booking.
Areas assigned to.
Time.
Duration.
Customer profile.
After choosing when youâd like the booking to repeat, you have the option to select what other details youâd like copied over:
Run sheet notes.
Internal notes.
Pre-orders and dietary requirements.
Set up requirements.
Documents.
Once you click Create bookings, it will create all the repeat bookings for you.

đNote: if the original booking has been confirmed and you have automatic confirmation emails set up, the customer will receive a confirmation email for each booking.
If the original enquiry is still In Progress, the copied repeat enquiries will also be in progress.
