⚠️Important: To delete one or more bookings, you will have to have the Delete bookings user permission ticked.
Once a booking is deleted other users that don't have this permission won't be able to find this booking.
Delete a booking
If you need to delete a booking you have to:
Click on the booking that you want to delete.
Click on the black bin icon next to the Confirm or Reopen button.
📌Note: We advise against granting permission to multiple users unless they are managers to prevent potential issues with missed bookings.
See deleted bookings
To find deleted bookings in Access Collins:
Click on the Enquiries on the top bar.
Click the Add filter below the search bar.
Click on the Status filter and select Deleted.
Click Apply.
