We have a fantastic partner network to help boost your business, stand out against the competition, and enable your customers to find and book one of your venues easier than ever before.
One of those partners is Reserve with Google.
What RwG is
Google has over 90% of the search engine market share, with over 40,000 searches happening every second, so why not leverage those Near Me map searches and combine your Access Collins booking system with the world’s most powerful search engine.
With Reserve with Google, your potential customers can book directly from Google Maps.
The customer never needs to leave Google to make the booking, and the confirmed booking or enquiry goes straight into your Access Collins system, just like any other booking.
Our clients who've enabled Reserve with Google see around 10% of their online bookings come through Reserve with Google, and the majority of those bookings are for the same or the next day, so it is a fantastic tool to fill space in your venue.

How it works
Important: You can book through Reserve with Google up to 30 days in advance from today and the maximum number of covers you can book through Reserve with Google is 20.
Reserve with Google uses the same rules you've set up in Access Collins.
The customer doesn't see Access Collins' booking types when they're making a booking through Google, instead, Access Collins allocates the booking to be the best booking type based on the customers time, date, and party size selection, together with the Booking Type Priorities you've set in Access Collins.
The order comes into effect if your booking types have cross-over times.
🤓Tip: For your booking type to be available on Reserve with Google, when you're setting up your booking types, create a dining booking type using our templates. These are automatically added to your integrations section for you to enable them for Reserve with Google.
What the customer sees
When the customer makes a booking through Google, they aren't asked to select the booking type, but simply select the number of guests, date, and time.
They're then booked into the booking type with the highest priority that's available for that time. This appears in your Access Collins admin as a normal booking or enquiry.
📌Note: We are unable to change or amend the text that is appearing on Google, and any changes that are made in Access Collins can take up to 48 hours for Google to sync.
