⚠️Important: To manage your settings, your user needs to be able to manage booking rules.
Delete a booking type
To delete a booking type in Access Collins:
Click Settings, Sites, and select your site.
Click Booking type, then select your booking type.
At the bottom, click Delete booking type.
Save.
📌Note: Data for bookings of this booking type that you have deleted will still show on your reports.
If the Delete booking type is not working, it means that the booking type appears in the Active booking types for Reserve with Google.
Delete an active booking type
To make changes to your Reserve with Google settings, follow the steps below:
Click Settings, Sites, and select a site.
Click Booking Types.
Click Sort booking type priorities.
To reorder the booking types, click and drag them.
The priorities in the Active Booking Type column are used anywhere the booking type is inferred in Access Collins. For example, LiveWait and Reserve with Google.
Booking types that you can make through Reserve with Google are in the active column and have a Google
icon.
Click Update Priorities.
Once complete, follow the steps to delete a booking type.
