When a customer makes a special request by writing in the special requests box on the online widget, the submitted message will also be shown by default in any confirmation emails sent to the customer.
If however, you would like this removed from the confirmation message:
Locate your customer's booking or enquiry.
Click Messages.
Click Compose email.
Under Type of Email, uncheck Include customer requests.
📌Note: The customer request cannot be removed from the booking widget, only from the confirmation email.
