Use labels and follow ups

Add labels and follow ups to bookings.

To quickly see bookings that require your attention, for example, if you're awaiting a deposit, you can use labels and set a follow up.

Labels

You can set up new labels and tag them to bookings to show different statuses, for example, awaiting deposit, pre-orders confirmed, etc.

Set a follow up

To set up a reminder on bookings that need further actions, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Enquiries.

  2. Select a booking.

    • To search for a specific label, click Label and select a label, then click Save.

  3. Click Follow up and select a date.

  4. Click Save.

You can view your required follow ups in your notification centre.
