The DesignMyNight reference number is an automatically generated code unique to every booking or enquiry in the system.
It will always consist of the letters DMN-eleven digit code.
Where to find it
You can search for a booking by typing the DMN reference code into the search bar on the Enquiries page and can be found in the top left-hand corner when clicking into the details of an enquiry or booking. .
The DMN reference number will appear on the Customised run sheet and Function Sheet and always be displayed in every email sent to the customer so that there is never any confusion over specific booking details, especially if the customer has made more than one enquiry or booking.
