Important: To enable the SMS feature, you have to get in touch with your Account Manager, as this feature needs to be enabled by the Access Collins team.
The SMS name is the name that will appear on your customer's phone when the SMS arrives.
To edit this:
Click Settings, then Sites, and select your site.
Click Emails & Texts.
Scroll to Send texts from (name) and add your site's name.
Click Save.
📌Note: There is a character limit for your name, so you may need to get creative. If your venue name is too long, use Booking.
