Set up automatic cancellation emails when rejecting a booking or enquiry

Set up Access Collins to automatically send emails to let guests know their booking has been cancelled.

To set up automatic emails for cancellations and rejected bookings, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Settings, Sites then select the site.

  2. Click Booking Types then select the relevant booking type.

    • To apply this for all types of bookings, you need to set it up per booking type.

  3. In the Emails section, select Automatic Cancellation.

    • You can add additional text to the email, for example, the venue's phone number.

  4. Click Save.

📌Note: If a customer cancels a booking directly from their confirmation email, this message still displays in the subsequent cancellation email they receive.
