It’s a very simple process for your customers to add any dietary requirements or allergies they might have to their order.
Add dietary requirements as a customer
If you’re a customer looking to add your dietary information to your looking, you can do so by following the steps below:
Open the link sent and click Add dietary requirements.
A pop-up will appear, and check the relevant boxes.
📌Note: If ordering for multiple people, click on the name of the person in the list to record the dietary requirement or allergy.
Add notes about your order box if needed.
Once submitted, a summary email of the items they have just ordered will be sent.
Add dietary requirements as the Access Collins user
You can add dietary requirements to bookings on behalf of your customers by following the steps below:
When a pre-order has been received, the dietary requirements will appear in the pre-order section of that booking.
Click the Edit button to add, remove, or change existing requirements.
Select Done and then Save.
📌Note: All dietary requirements will automatically pull through to the food sheet and can easily be added to both the function sheet and the customised run sheet.
