Within your Settings, you can set up rules to limit how many covers can be auto-confirmed at certain times. This can be set up at either booking type level or at site level.

If you exceed these limits by adding a booking manually, you will be warned in the below-listed places.
The warning will include the max guests' amount of the limit, and how many guests are currently booked in, including the booking you are on.

  • In the Diary / Floor Plan / Run Sheet when adding a booking.

  • Within the expander panel on the Diary / Floor Plan after the booking has been added.

  • Within the booking/enquiry.

If a rule has been exceeded, when using Find Areas you would be able to choose to Include exceed cover limits to still allow Collins to suggest available tables.

  • Within the Enquiries page

  • Within the Diary/Floorplan.

Once that option is selected, Collins will suggest all tables available with a warning that Cover Limits will be exceeded.
